In 2001, Dan Glaviano began his media career in Radio Sales. A few years later, he constantly exceeded the benchmark of generating over a $1 million a year for the radio station. More importantly, Dan defined his success this way: "I measure my success by the success I achieve for my clients, and by how many business owners I can help achieve THEIR goals." In 2009, Dan received the prestigious "Radio Wayne Award" from Radio Ink Magazine naming him the Number 1 Radio Sales Person in the Country. It was then that Dan created DM Marketing LLC, a full service creative ad agency in order to better serve his clients.
