A clinic in Metairie is offering free laser tattoo removal for survivors of sex trafficking.

Scott Vaughan is a third-generation pro football referee and the owner of First Down Healthcare and Aesthetics.

Vaughan points out that a lot of survivors started being trafficked as children, usually by a relative.

Traffickers often mark their victims with large tattoos.

Vaughan started a nonprofit called Unbranded, which uses laser technology to remove tattoos from human trafficking survivors for free.
