A New Orleans jail inmate was rearrested Wednesday on charges he threatened to kill President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, former President Donald Trump and other government officials.
The Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office said police booked 37-year-old Shaun Chapman on six counts of threatening a public official and one of terrorizing.
He's also accused of threatening to "blow up every federal building in the city of Philadelphia," where he was born.
