Police have arrested a man suspected of robbing two Waffle Houses in less than 20 minutes.
Hao Luu has been booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center for two counts each of armed robbery with a firearm and illegal carrying of a weapon, as well as one charge of illegal possession of a stolen firearm.
Investigators say the suspect entered the Waffle House locations on Read Boulevard and on the I-10 service roads and demanded money from the registers.
As Luu was leaving the location on the I-10 service road, he was caught by police.
