In one effort to keep impaired drivers off the road, St. Charles Parish deputies and state troopers will join forces tonight in operating a no-refusal DWI checkpoint.
If you get stopped and refuse to submit to a breath test, police will seek a search warrant for a blood or urine sample from you.
