A Jefferson Parish animal shelter is full and unless more space is found, euthanizing could begin.
A spokesperson with the West Bank location of the Parish shelter told WGNO the problem was first announced this past Monday on social media.
Since then, some space has been made because ten dogs have been relocated. Ninety of a total of 100 available kennels are still full of dogs needing a home with more appearing every day.
