A new report says a Metairie man was not armed when an Alabama sheriff's deputy shot and killed him.
Baldwin County Alabama Sheriff Huey Mack says one of his deputies shot 35-year-old Jonathan Victor at the scene of an accident involving a car on I-10 east of Mobile near the Florida state line last Friday night.
Victor was reportedly combative with cops and paramedics.
The investigation is being handled by the Baldwin County District Attorney's office.
