United Apologizes For Not Letting Passenger Board At MSY

United Airlines is apologizing for refusing to allow a passenger to board a flight at Louis Armstrong International Airport.

This week's apology stems from an incident on Saturday when Navang Oza began recording video of the argument he was having with a United gate agent.  The agent said the man was not allowed to make the video.

Oza was angry for being charged $300 to check a bag onto the flight back to California. Oza claimed he only paid $125 to check the same bag on the flight to New Orleans.

Oza admitted to having had a couple of beers when he was escorted out of the airport by a Jefferson Parish sheriff's deputy.
